The ordering of a life as a trust. What we hold — time, land, knowledge, relationship — we hold for others, and for those not yet born.

The inner work of character, discipline, and spiritual formation, so that a person may become a fit steward of their own life.

Family Development
The household as the first school of wisdom: how families are strengthened, ordered, and made able to carry memory and care.

Enterprise Development
Work as a form of stewardship. How enterprises are built to serve a people.

Leadership
Authority as service. The formation of those who will keep a household, a community, or an institution in good order.

Tribal Wisdom
The living knowledge of peoples: story, law, custom, and the intelligence of the natural world, received with humility.

Preservation & Legacy
What must be kept. How a generation transmits land, language, law, and learning so the next may receive them in full.
Members receive this teaching in courses, papers, conversation, and gathering. The public is given a first word. The rest is held within the Temple, as befits a house of learning.
